Giveasy believes in building trust through transparent processes. This policy explains how our delivery, refund, and cancellation processes work for pre-owned products listed and sold on the Giveasy platform.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Transparent Pricing: Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Trusted Logistics: All deliveries are managed by Giveasy and its verified logistics partners to ensure safe and professional handling.

Quick Processing: Pickup is initiated within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the buyer’s location.

How It Works: After you confirm your order, Giveasy’s partner collects the item from the seller and delivers it directly to the buyer’s provided address. Tracking and delivery updates are shared through email or WhatsApp.

2. Giveasy Protection (Refund Guarantee)

100% Refund Protection: Giveasy Protection is a buyer safeguard policy offering a full refund within 3 days of delivery for specific issues.

Protected Situations:

  • The item did not reach you.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The item was significantly misrepresented from its description or photos.

Mandatory Proof: To raise a claim, please record a clear unboxing video from start to finish. This video is required to verify the issue and initiate your refund.

Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • “Does not fit my space” or “doesn’t match my expectations.”
  • Normal wear and tear already disclosed in the listing.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 6–7 working days to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Pickup: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it if the item has not yet been picked up from the seller. Please contact support@giveasy.in with your order ID.

After Pickup: Orders that are already picked up or in transit cannot be cancelled as logistics costs are incurred. Refusal to accept the delivery will be treated as a completed order and will not qualify for a refund.

Seller Cancellations: If a seller is unable to provide the item after confirmation, Giveasy will initiate a 100% refund to the buyer automatically.

4. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, untampered, and in the same condition as received.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The unboxing video clearly shows the issue.

Items that are verified to be used after delivery, altered, or damaged post-handover are not eligible for return.

5. Refund Timelines & Method

Once a return is approved and the product is received back, Giveasy will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 6–7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Important Notes

• All items on Giveasy are pre-owned and listed by individuals. Giveasy acts only as a facilitator, not the direct seller.

• Refunds are processed only after item verification and condition check.

• For products covered under a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service.

• Giveasy reserves the right to decline claims found to be invalid or inconsistent with this policy.
